Carlo Portatadino

He graduated in 1995 from Università degli Studi di Milano, with dissertation in International Law. From 1996 to 2008 he was assistant in International Law and Private International Law at Università degli Studi di Milano and Università di Milano-Bicocca.

He is fully qualified lawyer since 2000 and qualified to plead before the Corte di Cassazione (higher courts) since 2013.

He assists national and international clients in litigation and domestic and international arbitration.

He has extensive experience in complex transnational disputes.
He is appointed arbitrator in both ad hoc and institutional proceedings.

In particular, he advises and assists clients in disputes concerning commercial and company law, insurance law, private international law, real estate.
