Luca Fontanesi

Luca Fontanesi was born in Viareggio on 24 April 1964 and graduated with an Economics degree from the University Luigi Bocconi of Milan in 1989. He was admitted to the Milan Association of Certified Public Accountants in 1993 and to the Association of Financial Auditors in January 1995.

He built up his professional career at Studio Legale Vita Samory, Fabbrini e Associati (previously known as Studio Legale Carnelutti).

He advises the Firm’s clients, mainly consisting of Italian branches of multinational companies, on ordinary and extraordinary tax matters. He also provides corporate advice, assisting clients in the preparation of financial statements.

He serves as director and statutory auditor of several companies operating in various economic sectors.
